The Might of Ages — print of the 1900 painting

Long before the book at the center of this exhibit, there was a painter's body of work. The Might of Ages belongs to 1900, twenty-six years before The Universal One. The publisher's print shown here carries that earlier painting forward, opening a route into the longer creative life from which Russell's later writings emerged.
