Fusion: the anode

Color gathers around a bright center. The overlapping rings make this drawing feel almost like an event still taking shape. Russell uses their arrangement to explore fusion and the anode within his cosmology. Separate forms cross one another, and their meeting gives the whole its concentrated brightness.
